University Activities Board at Michigan State University, East Lansing Food Co-Op, and MSU Sustainability present Just Eat It

FREE for all MSU students +1 with MSU ID.
Post-screening panel discussion featuring Paulette Stenzel, MSU Professor of Sustainability and International Business; Dee Jordan, MSU Enrichment Fellow and Doctoral Student; Dr. Phillip Knight, Executive Director, Food Bank Council of Michigan; and Shiloh Daum, Outreach Coordinator, East Lansing Food Co-op. The panel will be moderated by Steve Rachman, MSU Associate Professor of English, Director of the American Studies Program, and Co-director of the Digital Humanities Literary Cognition Lab.

Join UAB, East Lansing Food Co-Op, and MSU Sustainability for the screening of Just Eat It, a food waste documentary.

Refreshments and snacks will be provided. Following the film will be a panel discussion featuring MSU faculty, and representatives from local food organizations. Free for all MSU students plus one guest. All must show MSU ID.
